Mike Singletary presents a good message for football

Mike Singletary is making his presence known in the San Francisco 49ers camp as the new head coach. It seems that finally someone with some foresight, morals, and integrity is taking hold of that team and I believe will turn them around.

In addition to taking J.T. O'Sullivan out of the game despite the wishes of offensive coordinator Mike Martz, he laid the law down for Vernon Davis who, after making an 8 yard reception, got into an argument with a Seahwaks player which resulted in Davis slapping the other player's facemask.

Is Tom Brady Facing More Surgery?

Did it bum you out when you watched Tom Brady tear his ACL and MCL in the season opener against the Kansas City Chiefs in September? Then you said, "I guess theres always next year". Well that might not be the case.

Since Brady's October 6th surgery on his left knee, he developed and an infection that required 3 more surgeries to try and remove it. The patelar tendon graft used to replace his ACL might be compromised and they might have to start the whole procedure over again.

Therefor he is in danger of missing some of next season.

Roy Williams Out For Season

The eighth overall pick in the 2002 NFL Draft, Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams, was thought to be "well "enough" to play Sunday against St. Louis. The five-time Pro Bowler returned to the field Sunday for the first time since Week Two, but it proved to be too early.

Williams again broke his right arm, this time in a different spot. He will be placed on Injured Reserve and will wear a cast instead of facing surgery. Roy is expected to be out for the remainder of the season.

Women Against Fantasy Sports

I think it is kind of typical for men to waste so much time way before fantasy sports even existed. Thus, it comes to me as a surprise that there are groups of women out there who actively protest against fantasy sports websites. They call it wasting time, their husbands or boyfriends call it getting a life. Now, which is which?
